At Baking Grace, I take pride in preparing all of our baked goods with care, quality ingredients, and attention to detail. However, by placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All products are made in a home kitchen that may process common allergens, including but not limited to milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While I do my best to prevent cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens.

Please note that no pets are present in the house or food preparation areas during the baking and handling process.

Baking Grace is not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from the consumption of our products. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform me of any allergies prior to placing an order.

Full payment (or a deposit, if agreed upon) is required to confirm your order. Orders will not be started until payment has been received.

Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Cancellations must be made within a reasonable time. Deposits are non-refundable.

Pickup & Delivery

Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed time and location.
If delivery is offered, Baking Grace is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the order has been delivered.

Product Care

Once your order has been picked up or delivered, you are responsible for proper handling, storage, and transportation. We are not liable for damages caused after the product leaves our possession.
